Planning hotel and travel creator content
This portfolio includes Crowne Plaza Canberra, Sydney Kayaking and Thailand travel content. A useful hotel brief identifies the rooms, facilities and guest experience to feature. Agree shoot access and timing, travel arrangements and which areas or people may be filmed. A stay alone does not define the production or usage-rights scope.
Scope, deliverables and usage
One-off projects are quoted for the agreed brief. For recurring content, the featured monthly partnership includes four original concepts and eight finished video versions. Confirm filming requirements, revisions, delivery dates and usage rights in the proposal. Paid advertising rights and posting on my own channels are separately agreed.
